Free Domestic Returns
We love our products, and we are confident you will too, which is why we are offering free returns on all domestic (Australian) orders! If you're not sure about committing to a size or style, buy it anyway! You can then try it on in the comfort of your own home, and if you decide you want something different, send it back for free. Just follow these few simple steps below!
No need to buy another bag! To reuse, turn the bag inside out. Make sure to be careful when opening the package initially.
Send us an email using our quick and easy return form. Send us the details of what item is being returned and we will email a return label straight to you.
Place all items You wish to return inside the bag and seal with tape.
Print out the label we have emailed to you and secure it to the bag well.
Drop off at your nearest post office. It’s as easy as that!

If you can't print the label from home, no worries! Just take the returns email we send you into your local post office and they will print the label for you.
Goods should be returned within four weeks of the original order date in their original packaging with the original labels/tags. Failure to return item with all of its original labels, tags and bag may result in the goods being rejected or a restocking fee starting at $5 per item.
To comply with Australian Government Health Regulations they must be unworn and unwashed.
So that we can monitor and improve our customer service we ask that you include the receipt you received with your parcel and indicate why you have returned the goods.

In order to ensure the great prices and speed of service, Stingray does not offer a traditional exchange policy. If you have purchased an item that you wish exchanged, simply return the incorrect item as per our guarantee above for a refund, and place a new order for the new item.
