    Sporty looks and comfortable

Posted by Raelene - Queensland on 23rd Feb 2016

A casual 5-day a week lap-swimmer in my 60s, I was told by a fellow swimmer that I look really sporty in this. It accentuates my curves in a flattering way. It makes me feel secure and confident with absolute freedom in all strokes and activities in the water. My bust is a 16DD, waist 93cm, hips 103cm and I bought an XL. The body length of the garment is a generous fit for me, making it very comfortable to wear. The snug fit around my bust provides adequate support for swimming and deep--water running. This sleeveless style is perfect for early- morning swimming, and provides some added sun-protection for the back and chest. The fabric quality is beautiful and feels lovely. All Stingray garments are well-made from effective materials. I still have Stingray garments that I purchased in the 1980s, although I wasn't as regular a swimmer then. I expect much use from this swimsuit.

    be careful with sizing

Posted by Frances Dee on 26th Aug 2015

I find the suit quite comfortable for lap swimming. Only caution is re sizing. I wear a size 14 in Speedos, and went with XL for this suit. Even so, it is only just long enough in the body. I am 172cm tall. Service and speed of delivery were excellent.

I am a size 14 and bought a 16. Fits perfectly and ordering quick and simple! Excellent quality. I am in New Zealand.

    only one problem

Posted by Anonymous on 11th Aug 2014

This is comfortable and practical in the pool. However, it will be more comfortable when I have lost a little weight. I was well within the measurements for the size I chose but a bit tight and wedgy. For now I am wearing board shorts over as the legs ride up.

    Constant use

Always good suits. Lately seem to be shorter in the body length but for same sizes ordered previously.

    Best chlorine resistant suit ever!

Posted by Maria on 12th Jun 2013

This is my second Ray-suit. The last one held almost 3 years, before it unraveled at the seams (not the fabric). I had then used it in avergage 2 times a week in chlorine on therapy-gymnastic for my rheumatism. It also give extra isolation (after using this one, you will feel nude in a regular swim-suit). Satisfied customer from Norway highly recommend the suit!

    1 piece suit

Posted by Anonymous on 3rd May 2013

This suit was different than what I have usually worn I found it tricky to get off when it was wet and the legs seem to loosen off during my 3 hours of teaching. Other than that I do like the idea of it.

Pretty good - zip could be better

Posted by Nat on 24th Apr 2013

I didn't end up keeping this one as it didn't suit me but that has to do with my figure and not the suit! The zip stuck a bit at the top and I didn't think the stitching was up to the usual standard around the zip but otherwise it's great.

    Love it for aqua aerobics

Posted by Kate on 20th Apr 2013

I love my suit. So did the person who 'borrowed' it from the changerooms! Hence I am purchasing another one. I am taking this opportunity to go up a size. The suit is a very snug fit - and needs to be. I would recommend you go up one size from your usual to avoid pulling from top to bottom. I had worn mine for a year, every week, sometimes twice aweek and it was showing no signs of wear or tear at all. A terrific product.
