THE GUARANTEE

If within 30 days of purchase you are not completely satisfied with a product, we will be happy to refund your money (excluding postage). Simply follow the instructions below and return the product/s to us at the addresses listed.

• Goods should be returned within four weeks of the original order date in their original packaging with the original labels/tags. Failure to return item with all of its original labels, tags and bag may result in the goods being rejected or a restocking fee starting at $5 per item.
• To comply with Australian Government Health Regulations they must be unworn and unwashed.
• So that we can monitor and improve our customer service we ask that you include the receipt you received with your parcel and indicate why you have returned the goods.

In order to ensure the great prices and speed of service, Stingray does not offer a traditional exchange policy. If you have purchased an item that you wish exchanged, simply return the incorrect item as per our guarantee above for a refund, and place a new order for the new item.
