YOUTH STINGER SUIT SPORTS STYLE BLACK

My son (now 12) is psoriatic - but is a keen swimmer and also swims in school competitions. He is very conscious of his skin, so would only swim if he wears a fully-covered suit on. This sports suit by Stingray is a saviour! It is not like the thicker wetsuits worn by surfers/divers but is thin enough for leisurely or (school) competitions. A competition host once wanted to stop my son from swimming as he thought the suit was unsafe (too heavy) for the pool. Upon checking the suit, he gave him a go, phewh, and got bronze!

Love these suits, no getting sunburnt across my son's back between rashie and boardies. And now his mates have agreed that they are OK.

Not yet in use, being winter, but have no concerns as to quality, due to previous purchases

My kids live in our pool over summer and we occasionally go to the Barrier Reef for holidays. When my kids put on their stinger suits (as well as legionnaire style swim hats with a dose of sunscreen on the face, hands, and feet), I know they are completely safe from the sun's burning rays, as well as any stingers in the water! Thanks, Stingray, for making such a brilliant product - helping to keep my kids' skin from getting burned in the hot Queensland sun - it is a product I can and do rely on. Thank you so much for this brilliant product. PS As Jo in a previous posting says, the stinger suits are hardwearing - my son, now 7, has just grown out of his size 4, now in older sibling's size 6. They remain protective and effective over years of use, no stretching or fading, no perishing. Absolutely brilliant.

My son loves the Sports Style the most. He loves the "cool" design and the comments he receives from his peer group. The Stingray outfits are not only stylish but they really protect against the sun. The ones he outgrows - we pass to his 3 years younger cousin - the ray suits are everlasting through 3 boys each 2 year apart. Doesn't thin out. Doesn't stretch. Color doesn't fade. Wonderful product.

I bought this for my 11yr old, who does swim squad in north australia and whose skin is VERY fair. I was worried that other kids might tease. However they all pronounced it the coolest 'ninja suit' ever! And some other kids want one too. Great work and thank you. Workmanship and sizing were all as described / promised.
