good for wade fishing in the tropics
I use them under shorts whilst wading the bonefishing flats in the tropics. They avoid the weight of dragging along water as would be the case with long trousers. They are light, dry quickly, and are amazingly hard wearing.

Perfect for Sailing
Out on the water the sun is very severe and UV rays even bounce off the water, so I now wear a 50+ rated Hood, jacket and my new StingRay tights to keep the sun off my skin. They are great and I can now wear my cushioned short hiking pants over the top of the tights.

These are great
I use these to scuba dive in, the water here is too warm for a wet suit so I dive in boardies and a rash vest, I am always wary of jelly fish and coral stings which is why I bought these, rashies for your legs, they are great, they dry so easily and even when not fully dry are very easy to work with – I would definitely recommend them
